Cattle Superior Video Auction for Friday March 8, 2013
Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report for 03/08/2013

Offerings: 25,500

   Trade and demand light to moderate.  Supply includes 58 percent feeder steers 
and heifers over 600 lbs, 60 percent of supply steers and 40 percent heifers.  
Receipts included 50 percent from South Central, 19 from North Central, 20
percent from East and 11 percent from West.  Prices FOB based on net weights 
after a 2-3 percent pencil shrink or equivalent, with a 3-6 cent slide on 
yearlings and 4-10 on calves.  Deliveries current through August 2013.
