Feeder Cattle Auction Report for 10/28/2015

   Based on very limited comparisons from last week, feeder steers under
450 lbs 3.00-6.00 lower, over 450 lbs 2.00-8.00 higher. Feeder heifers under
550 lbs steady to 5.00 lower, over 550 lbs 2.00-4.00 higher. Slaughter cows
1.00-2.00 lower. Supply moderate. Near 11 percent of the offering were cows and
50 percent of the feeders were over 600 lbs. Feeder supply approximately 58
percent steers and bulls and 42 percent heifers. 

   Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1 350-400 lbs few 265.00-285.00; 400-500 lbs
220.00-245.00; 500-600 lbs 204.00-230.50; 600-700 lbs 199.00-209.50; 700-800 lbs
200.00-212.50; package 950 lbs 171.00. Medium and Large 1-2  380-400 lbs 240.00-
