   Compared to last week Slaughter steers sold steady to
1.00 higher on a light test. Demand was good. Slaughter
Holstein steers sold mostly steady on a very light test.
No comparison on Slaughter heifers due to the lack of
heifers last week. Slaughter cows sold mostly 1.00-2.00
higher with good demand. Cattle supplies included 200
slaughter steers; 88 heifers; 504 cows; 42 bulls; and
0 feeder calves. All prices per cwt.

   Slaughter Steers: High Choice and Prime 3-4  1455-1600 lbs
127.00-128.00. Choice 2-3  1325-1650 lbs 123.00-126.50. Select
2-3 1350-1600 lbs 118.00-122.50. 

   Slaughter Holsteins: High Choice and Prime 3-4 1450 lbs

   Return to Farm Holstein Calves: Graded bull calves sold mostly 
steady to 10.00 higher with good demand. Holstein heifer calves
sold mostly steady with moderate demand. Ag Market News LLC under
the USDA-QSA-LMAR program graded 421 head for this Thursday's
graded sale. One hundred percent supply Holstein calves unless
otherwise noted. All prices per cwt.

   Graded Bull Calves: Number 1 114-128 lbs 120.00-130.00; 94-112
lbs 140.00-146.00; 90-92 lbs 115.00. Number 2 80-128 lbs 121.00-
145.00. Number 3 90-130 lbs 115.00-122.00; 80-88 lbs 100.00-112.00;
72-78 lbs 30.00. Utility 90-110 lbs 45.00-50.00; 60-88 lbs 17.00-
30.00.
