   Compared to last week, Slaughter steers sold mostly 2.00-3.00 lower. 
Slaughter Holstein steers sold mostly 2.00-3.00 higher on a light test.
Not enough Slaughter heifers for a market test. Demand was moderate for
all classes. Slaughter cows sold mostly 1.00-2.00 lower. Demand was good.
Cattle supplies included 336 steers; 116 heifers; 450 cows; 18 bulls;
and 22 feeder calves. All prices per cwt.

   Slaughter Steers: High Choice and Prime 3-4  1350-1650 lbs 161.00-
163.50, mostly 161.00-162.00; Choice 2-3 1300-1700 lbs 158.00-160.50;
Select 1-3 1350-1750 lbs 153.00-158.00.

   Slaughter Holsteins: High Choice and Prime 3-4  1450-1700 lbs 151.00-
154.50; Choice 2-3 1450-1750 lbs 145.00-149.50. Select 1-2 1450-1750 lbs 
138.00-144.50.

   Return to Farm Holstein Calves: Compared to last week, Holstein bull
calves sold 50.00-80.00 higher. Demand was good. Holstein heifer calves
sold sharply higher compared to a light test last week. Ag Market News
LLC under the USDA-QSA-LMAR program graded 426 head for Thursday's sale.
All calves are sold by the cwt. 

   Graded Holstein Bull Calves: Number 1  114-128 lbs 435.00-477.00; 106-
112 lbs 500.00-515.00; 90-104 lbs 537.00-562.00. Number 2  106-128 lbs
435.00-499.00; 98-104 lbs 540.00-547.00; 88-96 lbs 567.00-575.00; 80-86
lbs 640.00. Number 3  100-130 lbs 470.00-485.00; 90-98 lbs 557.00-565.00;
72-88 lbs 622.00-630.00. Utility  100-110 lbs 420.00; 80-98 lbs 300.00-
