Compared to last week, slaughter steers sold mostly 1.00-2.00 higher.
High dressing Lean Steers are steers sold primarily to the ethnic market
and most are extremely lean. Those steers sold mostly 2.00-3.00 higher.
Slaughter Holstein steers sold mostly 2.00-3.00 higher. Slaughter heifers
sold mostly steady to 2.00 higher. Slaughter Heifers sold mostly 3.00-
4.00 higher. Demand was good. Slaughter cows sold 1.00-2.00 higher.
Demand was good. Slaughter bulls sold mostly 3.00-4.00 lower on a light
test. Demand was moderate. Cattle supplies included 233 steers;
55 heifers; 342 cows; 24 bulls; and 11 feeder calves. All prices per cwt.

under the USDA-QSA-LMAR program graded 426 head for Thursday's sale. All
calves are sold by the cwt.

108 lbs 233.00-240.00. Number 2 106-128 lbs 207.00-220.00; 94-104 lbs
