Compared to last week, slaughter steers sold mostly 1.00-3.00 higher.
High dressing Lean Steers are steers sold primarily to the ethnic market
and most are extremely lean. Those steers sold mostly steady. Slaughter
Holstein steers sold mostly 1.00-2.00 higher on a light test. Slaughter
heifers sold mostly steady on a very light test. Demand was good. Slaughter
cows sold 1.00-2.00 higher on a light test. Demand was good. Slaughter bulls
sold 1.00-2.00 higher on a very light test. Cattle supplies included
152 steers; 34 heifers; 272 cows; 11 bulls; and 13 feeder calves. All prices
per cwt.

20.00 higher. Demand was moderate. Buyer attendance was good. Ag Market
News LLC under the USDA-QSA-LMAR program graded 394 head for Thursday's
sale. All calves are sold by the cwt.

112 lbs 245.00-255.00; 90-100 lbs 265.00-275.00. Number 2 120-128 lbs
