Compared to last week, Slaughter steers sold 3.00-4.00 lower.
Demand moderate. High dressing Lean Steers are steers sold
primarily to the ethnic market and most are extremely lean. Those
steers sold mostly steady to weak on a light test. Demand light.
Slaughter Holstein steers sold 1.00-2.00 lower. Slaughter heifers
sold 3.00-4.00 lower on a very light test. Demand moderate.
Slaughter cows sold mostly steady. Demand good. Slaughter bulls
sold 3.00-4.00 lower compared to a very light test last week.
Cattle supplies included 437 steers; 180 heifers; 436 cows;
40 bulls; and 18 feeder calves. All prices per cwt.

117.50. Choice 2-3 1300-1600 lbs 112.50-114.50. Select 1-2 1350-

Return to Farm Holstein Calves: Compared to last week, Graded Holstein
bull calves sold mostly 20.00-40.00 lower. Holstein heifer calves steady
to 10.00 higher compared to a light test. Ag Market News LLC under the
USDA-QSA-LMAR program graded 345 head for Thursday's sale. All calves are
sold by the cwt.
Graded Holstein Bull Calves: Number 1 98-130 lbs 70.00-76.00. Number 2
80-128 lbs 50.00-70.00. Number 3 80-130 lbs 40.00-50.00; 60-78 lbs 30.00.
Utility 60-98 lbs 20.00-40.00.
Holstein Heifer Calves: Number 1 70-120 lbs few 80.00-95.00. Number 2
70-120 lbs 50.00-75.00. Number 3 60-110 lbs 35.00-50.00. Utility/Non-
