Receipts:  254    Last Week:  255    Year Ago:  209

   Compared to last week:  Feeder steer and bull calves sold 10.00 lower, 
yearlings steady to 5.00 lower.  Feeder heifers sold 4.00-8.00 lower. Slaughter 
cows sold steady to 2.00 higher.  Slaughter bulls sold steady.  Value Added 
denotes cattle that have been weaned for 45-100 days and administered an IBR 
vaccine and booster.  Fleshy denotes unweaned, new crop calves. 
   Supply included about 143 feeder calves, 71 yearlings, 13 replacement cows, 
21 slaughter cows and 6 slaughter bulls.  Feeder supply about 40 percent English 
bred and English bred crosses, 55 percent exotic breed and exotic crosses, 5 
percent Brahma and Brahma crosses, 0 percent Holsteins or other dairy breeds.  
Feeder supply about 58 percent steers and bulls with 42 percent heifers.
