Feeder Cattle Weighted Average report for 7/27/2017

Receipts:  1345    Last Week:  1840    Year Ago:  850

   Compared to last Thursday at the same market, stocker and feeder cattle 
1.00-3.00 lower in a light test. Trade active with good demand. Slaughter 
cows and bulls steady to weak. Trade active with moderate demand. Slaughter 
cows 57 percent, slaughter bulls 10 percent, and feeders 33 percent of the 
supply. The feeder supply included 41 percent steers and 59 percent heifers. 
Near 94 percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs.  Replacement Cows: Pre-
tested for pregnancy, and age.
