Northeast and North Central Basis - FOB Major Production Points
Compared to last week: Special fed veal cut prices were mostly steady,
with some chuck, rack and leg items being firmer. Veal feature activity
activity was lower this week. Roasts had a much higher drop in features than
chops did this week as prices remained generally steady.
