Northeast and North Central Basis - FOB Major Production Points
Compared to last week: Special fed veal cut prices were mostly steady, with
chop ready racks and 4X4 Loins showing weakness. Last week's veal retail
activity increased 81.6 percent as Loin Chops, Breast and Shoulder Blade
Chops were the most advertised items on a general price trend of steady.
