Northeast and North Central Basis - FOB Major Production Points
Compared to last week: Special fed veal cut prices were mostly steady, with
Hotel Racks lower. The weekly veal features decreased by 19.3 percent
this reporting period. In the veal complex, Shoulder Blade Chops and
Scaloppini were the most widely advertised veal items on a unevenely
steady price trend.
