WEEKLY BOXED & DISTRIBUTIVE/LCL VEAL CUTS TRADE
Northeast and North Central Basis  -     FOB Major Production Points

Compared to last week:  Special fed veal cut prices were mostly steady
on comparable sales.  Weekly Veal Retail features saw a 15.9 percent
decrease this reporting period.  In the veal complex, Leg Cutlets,
Shoulder Blade Chops, and Stew Meat were the most widely advertised
items as the general price trend was unevenly steady.
