WEEKLY BOXED & DISTRIBUTIVE/LCL VEAL CUTS TRADE
Northeast and North Central Basis  -     FOB Major Production Points

Compared to last week:  Special fed veal cut prices were mostly steady with
8 Rib Racks and Tenderloins steady to firm.  Weekly Veal Retail features saw
a 44.4 percent decrease this reporting period.  In the veal complex, Breasts,
Shoulder Blade Chops, and Scallopini were the three most widely advertised
items this week as the price trend was unevenly steady.
