MONTHLY BOXED & DISTRIBUTIVE/LCL VEAL CUTS TRADE
Northeast and North Central Basis  -     FOB Major Production Points

For the month of March:  Special fed veal cut prices were steady with square
cut chucks, top rounds, 4x4 loins, and some leg cuts steady to weak. Veal
retail features were slightly higher compared to last month. In the veal
complex, Shoulder Blade Chops, Breasts, and Stew Meat were the three most
widely advertised items as the price trend was mostly steady to firm.
