Weekly Trends: Compared to last week slaughter lambs were mostly
steady, instances sharply higher at Ft. Collins, CO. Slaughter ewes
were steady to 20.00 lower, except at Ft. Collins 1.00-9.00 higher.
Feeder lambs were mostly 7.00-12.00 lower,except at Ft. Collins steady to
6.00 higher. At San Angelo, TX 3921 head sold in a one day sale. No
sales in Equity Electronic Auction. In direct slaughter ewes and feeder
lambs were not tested. 4400 head of negotiated sales of slaughter lambs
were steady to 2.00 lower. 9200 head of formula sales had no trend
reported due to confidentiality. 3,649 carcasses sold with 45 lbs and
down 14.83 lower and over 45 lbs not reported due to confidentiality.
All sheep sold per hundred weight (CWT) unless otherwise specified.
