Weekly Trends: Compared to last week heavy slaughter lambs were
steady to 3.00 lower; light slaughter lambs were steady to 10.00 higher.
Slaughter ewes were mostly steady to 5.00 higher. Feeder lambs were not
well tested. At San Angelo, TX 3139 head sold in a one day sale. No
sales in Equity Electronic Auction. In direct trading slaughter ewes and
feeder lambs were not tested. 4300 head of negotiated sales of slaughter
lambs were steady to 1.00 lower. 12,400 head of formula sales had no
trend due to confidentiality. 5,467 lamb carcasses sold with 45 lbs and
down .37 higher; 45 lbs and up had no trend due to confidentiality last
week. All sheep sold per hundred weight (CWT) unless otherwise specified.
