Weekly Trends: Compared to last week slaughter lambs were steady to
15.00 lower. Slaughter ewes were mostly steady to 10.00 lower, except at
New Holland and Kalona steady to 10.00 higher. Feeder lambs were steady.
At San Angelo, TX 3998 head sold in a one day sale. No sales in Equity
Electronic Auction. In direct trading slaughter ewes and feeder lambs
were not tested. 3600 head of negotiated sales of slaughter lambs were
weak. 11,900 head of formula sales had no trend due to confidentiality.
4,928 lamb carcasses sold with no trend due to confidentiality. All
sheep sold per hundred weight (CWT) unless otherwise specified.
