Weekly Trends: Compared to last week slaughter lambs were steady to
15.00 lower, except at Sioux Falls, SD steady to 7.00 higher. Slaughter
ewes were steady to 10.00 higher, except at San Angelo, TX weak to 4.00
lower. Feeder lambs were firm. At San Angelo, TX 9144 head sold. No
sales in Equity Electronic Auction. In direct trading slaughter ewes
were not tested; no comparison on feeder lambs. 1900 head of negotiated
sales of slaughter lambs were steady. 2,866 lamb carcasses sold with 45
lbs and down 39.47 higher, all other weights no trend due to
confidentiality. All sheep sold per hundred weight (CWT) unless otherwise
specified.
