Weekly Trends: Compared to last week slaughter lambs were mostly
5.00-15.00 lower, except at San Angelo, TX 10.00-20.00 higher. Slaughter
ewes were mostly steady to 5.00 higher, except in the Midwest 5.00-10.00
lower. Feeder lambs were not well tested. At San Angelo, TX 6096 head
sold. No sales in Equity Electronic Auction. In direct trading
slaughter ewes not tested and feeder lambs 10.00 lower. 1500 head of
negotiated sales of slaughter lambs were steady to 3.00 higher. 2,112
lamb carcasses sold with all weights no trend due to confidentiality.
All sheep sold per hundred weight (CWT) unless otherwise specified.
